Welcome to Lawn Art Of New Orleans

For those of you visiting us for the first time, let me explain our site. Lawn Art of New Orleans was conceived post hurricane Katrina. A group of friends and I were sitting amongst mountains of rubble and debris from homes being gutted of years of contents and memories. There were eight foot high piles of rubbish containing everything from broken antique stained glass windows, turn of the century roof slates, historic shutters and doors to pieces of old baby furniture which had been placed in attics by hopeful parents awaiting the arrival of grandchildren.
